the OAS annual scientific meeting:

The OAS Annual Scientific Meetings are held each year in September and feature scientific programs designed to feature the latest education, techniques, and research in the field of ophthalmic surgery and anesthesia. We look forward to meeting you in Baltimore this year, September 9-11, 2022. Register today!

Invited faculty members are a diverse mix of ophthalmologists, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and RNs, bringing you a multifaceted perspective of the field and well-rounded educational content.

The purpose of the OAS annual meeting is to educate its members, as well as other interested healthcare professionals, and share information that will enable them to provide the highest level of anesthesia service during ophthalmic surgery. Click here to view the preliminary program.

The meeting will be held in person at the Lord Baltimore Hotel in downtown Baltimore, MD. Discounted hotel registration is available for OAS attendees --  book your room at the Lord Baltimore Hotel's website.

Virtual attendance is also available and Zoom details will be shared with attendees if you cannot travel this year. 

Accreditation Information 

For Physicians: The University of Alabama School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits (TM).
