Instructions for Physicians

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Alabama School of Medicine and the Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society. The University of Alabama School of Medicine is accredited by the ACME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The University of Alabama School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 13 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

You must complete your evaluation within seven days of the annual scientific meeting. A report and attendee list will be uploaded and certificates will be sent directly from the accrediting body. If you do not receive your certificate within 30 days, please email OAS staff for assistance.

Instructions for CRNAs/RNs

This program has been prior approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists for 12.25 Class A CE credits; Code Number 1038179; Expiration Date 9/15/2019.

You must complete your evaluation within seven days of the annual scientific meeting. The AANA will receive your evaluation and assign your credit accordingly. If applicable, please ensure you have the correct AANA ID number before you begin the survey.
