The OAS Annual Scientific Meetings are held each year in September and feature scientific programs designed to feature the latest education, techniques, and research in the field of ophthalmic surgery and anesthesia. This year, in an abundance of caution of COVID-19, the OAS conference will be held 100% virtually September 11-12, 2020.
Invited faculty members are a diverse mix of ophthalmologists, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and RNs, bringing you a multifaceted perspective of the field and well-rounded educational content.
The purpose of the OAS annual meeting is to educate its members, as well as other interested healthcare professionals, and share information that will enable them to provide the highest level of anesthesia service during ophthalmic surgery.
This meeting is of interest to anesthesiologists, ophthalmologists, CRNAs, RNs, and other ophthalmic medical professionals.
The meeting will be held virtually. Participants will receive an email with secure information how to join the meeting.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society. The American Society of Anesthesiologists is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
