The Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society and Orbital Blocks, LLC bring you a dedicated Ophthalmic Block Workshop to learn and or refine your skills providing Orbital Blocks for ophthalmic surgeries.
Engage in comprehensive hands-on simulation training covering various orbital block techniques, including the Infratemporal Intraconal and Extraconal Blocks Supratemporal and Medial Caruncle Extraconal Blocks approaches, ensuring accurate needle placement and effective anesthesia delivery for ophthalmic surgeries. Workshop sessions will refine participant technique and procedural competence, emphasizing safety and precision in administering retrobulbar blocks.
Gain a deep understanding of orbital anatomy, including extraocular muscles, cranial nerves, vascular supply, and fascial sheaths, enabling you to apply this knowledge to clinical scenarios for accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedural safety in ophthalmology practice.
