  Six-foot table top exhibit. The exhibit area is adjacent to the general session and registration. Breakfasts, lunches and breaks will take place in this area. Registration for two attendees at one time.

  Standard table top exhibit booth ($2,600) AND highlight your company in a 15-minute non-CME lunchtime presentation ($2,400). Registration for two attendees at one time.
• 3. Product Theater Only – $2,500.00
